curious to see if the motor supposed to make a clicking noise as it slowly spins?
Was just testing it out prior to installing on my lid.
Thanks!

Nope, no noise should be made by the Swabbie. I would check the wiring connections, especially at the capacitor junction with the motor removed from the housing. Feel free to shoot us an email through our site and we can usually troubleshoot a little faster.

will do later this eve. I am suspecting that the seal is too tight on the shaft though.

It's hard to say exactly what the issue is at this time without more information. There is a step in the instruction manual where you lightly sand the top edge of the motor plate to ease the sharp corner at the top of the seal, this allows the double seal wiper to expand correctly, even if it was omitted I am not sure it would cause a click though so I would start with the capacitor wiring :)

It works great now. Thanks much guys!
