DkH and Calcium Questions

Hello everyone! It has been a little since I checked my levels in my little tank, because everything was going so well. I noticed some stagnant corals lately so I check dkh and calcium. DkH was 8.3 Calcium was 524 I have b-ionic two part and used a calculator online. It said to add 45.7ml of Alk to get it up to 10.5, but not to do it all at once. I did 10ml... do you think that is too little?

8.3 is a good level , so why do you want to raise it to 10.5 ?
