I just tested my KH and got a result of 6 or 107 ppm. Is this too low? my ph is 8.2, calcium is 460, ammonia 0 and Salinity is a bit high but I need to top off RO so i understand that. My two part question is why is my KH low or is it low and should i be dosing Kalk?

How high is the salinity?
Yes, I'd raise the alkalinity to at least 7 dKH. It typically needs to be added to established reef tanks, so in that sense is normal. Kalkwasser is just one of many ways to maintain alkalinity.
