I'm starting a new reef. Little bit bigger than earlier tank of course. The dimensions of the display tank are 66,9*43,3*31 1/2 and about 395 gallon (170*110*80 cm and about 1500 liters). Total volume of the water in the system is about 435 gallons (1650 liters). That includes the sump and the piping. It's made of 0,6 inch (1,5cm) thick glass, the overflow is made of black glass and rear glass is taped to black.

There will be the closed loop system powered by Deltec E-flow 16 DC pump http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/deltec-e-flow-16

Some old Tunze osmolator and tunze wavebox from my old tanks. Can't even remember the year, when I bought them.

Lets see how it goes. If it goes as usually, there will be a terrible flood and fire everywhere :D More project pictures will come on next week, when the tank is started.

Welcome to R2R.
Looks like you got it covered equipment wise. Hope all goes well and that the anticipated flood and fire does not happen (any history to that?)
Looking forward to pics of this coming along.

Thank you. This is my sixth marine tank, so over the years has happend a lot :D In Finland we have a phrase "pessimisti ei pety" that is in english something like "a pessimist will not be disappointed" :p

awesome build. I always like to ask people in other countries what their cost for stuff like this is. not really equipment wise, but more live stock wise. would you say its expensive there? generally speaking of course, anything can be expensive lol

Thanks. It's not more expensive here as it is over there. You can buy equipments whence ever you want round the world. DHL, UPS ect. will do it smoothly. It is impossible to say is it expensive, because it depends how much money you got to spend. Everything you spend your tank is almost free of costs :D

I'd say Scandinavian countries are of the most expensive countires to anything.

Really like the equipment choices, especially looking forward to seeing the closed loop with the deltec pump and that flow diverter.

Live stock is more expensive in Finland. Thats true.
that's what I was more wondering is livestock. I know ordering online is easy in most places but livestock and livestock options vary from country to country. hell, it varies from city to city out here lol

I hope you have better luck with the flowwolf than I and so many other people did. After 9 months, 3 replacement units and about $1500 I gave up! Seals kept on failing.

Good luck dnoob....!!!!
Dnoob do u have idea how does the vinegar in tank???
