do chalices eat

i fed my chalice some cyclopeeze put it wher its eye is and it swallowd it up.. was i seeing things

yea, it did pull the food a bit...
its tough with cyclopeeze that just floats and floats
im gona try frozen cyclopeeze cubes that stuff doesnt float as much...

another question i had was i found a brisstle worm in the frag thats not bad is it, it was in the crevice... its not gona eat the chalice from inside out is it?

I feed mine mysis often. i go down about 2 hours after lights out and turn on just the actinics and yo will be amazed at all the feeder tenticles. I target feed them as often as I can.

Usually I wait till the lights have been about for almost an hour as my chalices feeder tentacles are all always out by then. I simply give each mouth some cyclo or mysis, I also usually turn the flow way down for feeding to give them time to ingest the food.

ya but if you start feeding it during the day the feeders will start coming out during the day also.

That is correct, however I don't like to see feeder tentacles during the day.

Some of my Chalices look almost fuzzy at night when their mouths open real big . I feed a little BBS and Cyclopese at night before bed .

No, you should be fine I'm sure the bristle worm is just hiding out.
