These aren’t my copopods and isopods. Are these the SPS black bugs? I’m scared.

1. You're going to need an up close picture (probably will need to pull the coral from the tank in this case) under white light for anyone to guess what you're pointing at in this video.
2. Black bugs probably wouldn't be on a soft coral like a cabbage coral.

As far as the bugs are concerned, I don't know what you have there.

They are everyone in my sand/rock bed

Again, just burn the entire thing down and relax, or just relax. Theses tanks always have something outside of the desired parameters.
