Do I burn my tank down?!

1. You're going to need an up close picture (probably will need to pull the coral from the tank in this case) under white light for anyone to guess what you're pointing at in this video.
2. Black bugs probably wouldn't be on a soft coral like a cabbage coral.
 
Considering your user name it seems inevitable.
Be careful not to burn the house down with the tank on fire.

As far as the bugs are concerned, I don't know what you have there.

They are everyone in my sand/rock bed
 
I can't really make out what they are from the video quality but do they look like amphipods? Check out this guide for more information.
Also fyi there is some aiptasia hiding in your zoas.
