Do I feed Cleaner Shrimp

You do not have to feed shrimp separate from the clowns.
Just feed the tank. When you feed the fish, food gets to the bottom of the tank. Shrimp eat whatever gets to the bottom and food anyways makes i'ts way to the bottom of the tank.

Mine scavenges and finds something- anything. If you want to make a point of feeding, place a small piece of krill or shrimp into a crevice right before lights out - He WILL find it during the night

Mine swims with the fish to the top and grabs food right alone with the fish until it has a mouth full then returns to his hide to eat.

they are bold when it comes to hanging out with the groupies !

The OP's tank is very new, so the shrimp definitely need to be fed. There is nothing magical about feeding them. As others have pointed out, shrimp are excellent scavengers and are aggressive when hungry. Once you've figured out how much your fish will eat in a 5-minute feeding, add a little extra and put that total amount of food in the tank all at once. Everybody will get their share.

You might try dry shrimp pellets as food for the shrimp, too (yes, they are cannibalistic). Generally the pellets quickly sink to the bottom and the shrimp can work on them while other critters are eating other foods.

The shrimp took some frozen rods fish only right from my hand last night. It was very cool.

Mine cleans my hand whenever I’m in the water.
Just today while cleaning the tank I let one of my scarlet skunk cleaners pick at a small scab on my hand. I was surprised when I removed my hand from the tank that he had actually got it bleeding again!
