ok little background, we live in a two bedroom apartment. I have a 65 gallon terrarium, a 20 long turtle and fish tank and a 40 breeder reef with a 20 long sump that I am currently inputting a 30 gallon long fuge into. Also have an empty 29g sittin on the dresser. I want to get rid of the 29. I've been considering rehoming the 65 and 20 with there contents because my reef takes all my time. But I love my red eyed tree frogs in the 65 and the turtle/fish sits underneath on the same stand.

So, today I am browsing craigslist and long story short I drove an hour away to pick up a 7.5 deep blu rimless with 10k t5 and moonlights for $10! Thought it would look great on my night table. Mini reef.... but $10!!! Its a week old. Pristine!

Opinions? Lol

What you have just described sounds like you have all the symptoms of MTS (multi-tank syndrome). I, myself have the same problem but I only have one tank set up at this moment. I have a 46 gallon bowfront that I just got set up and I also have a 36 gallon bowfront that I would love to turn into something spectacular once I get a little experience under my belt. I also have a 10 gal that i rescued out of a dumpster for free lol. Have never filled it with water so if it doesnt work, oh well.

Oh God so you're saying my fiance was right. And they have a name for it. I'll never hear the end of this one! Lol

so you have 5 five tanks currently plus the pristine 7.5g so that is six?! Totally MTS haha. Got pics?

Embrace it! I only have 2 tanks at the moment, but a third is in the planning stages.

Oh yeah, my son has a 20l with 2 leopard geckos. Forgot. Lol and the two cats and a husky. Lol and I have two sons. Ok its a problem. ****
