Do I have bubble algea

I have just noticed some very small bubble like algea on my rocks, what are they

That’s what I thought I am already dosing vibrant do you know if that will take care of it

Does Vibrant always work for bubble algae?

I have been using Vibrant for about three months trying to rid my aquarium of bubble algae. I have upped my dosing schedule and amount used as I see no results. Can one overdose? Anyone else not able to get bubble algae under control using Vibrant? Success using something else?

I have three in my tank and have plenty of corals if you keep them happy with food they will be fine. Just gotta keep them happy.
