Do I have Dino’s?

We would have white air bubbles stuck in our algae all over. We removed most manually, siphoned a ton and used Bacter7 for 2 weeks. Thought it all went away but starting to get some white bubbles stuck in the algae again.
Got a microscope, maybe it’s not strong enough but these are the pics I got. I never saw anything moving. Just looked like algae to me. Hubby has something going on with a lot of small bubbles coming into the tank...he needs to sort that out. Could that be all it is? I will circle the bubbles in one of the pics I took. The other white stuff is sand or rubble. TIA

ETA we do have a little cynao we’re dealing with...due in part I think to my overfeeding my corals and using phosguard to lower our phosphates.

At first blush, it doesn't look like dinos to me. Could be microbubbles attached to your algae, could be diatoms that are producing bubbles that like in tandem with the algae, lots of possibilities... Top of my list is the microbubbles from your husband.

Its to compact to see on the slides needs breaking up smaller... ...but doesnt look like dinos too me either ....

I took some algae from the overflow where there is lots of bubbles tied up in it. Tried spreading it out beat I could. Only thing I saw moving around were our teeny tiny copepods (we just dumped 10,000 in a week ago)..,otherwise no movement.

I guessing the yellow dot s are just a reflection....but I dont see dinos .. definitely some sort of algae though

Is it green or gold coloured..

The algae from the rock last pictures are green....in the overflow as well but some is a more lighter green...I’m guessing because it’s really close to the lights maybe? Since it was taken from right over the edge. The spots are reflections from the little lights above my head. Our tank is built into the back of our bar and above the bar counter where I was standing is a line of about 6 or 7 little recessed lights above me. I just got a cheap pocket microscope 120x....maybe I need something stronger?

To see dino cells properly...it would need a magnification of X 1200 .

Just wanted to chime in and say it's absolutely not necessary to have 1000x power to ID dinos. My scope doesn't go past 400x.

This is 400x (40x objective, 10x eyepeice, samsung smartphone zoom). Plenty to make out way more detail than needed for an ID.

I was actually able to return the one I bought and get a 1200x for the same price so it was a good deal! Thanks for the info and pics!

Okay I got the new scope and had to take my samples from the overflow again because there is really nothing on my rocks to grab anything. I’m not sure I saw any Dino’s....a few copepods and some fat squiggly and skinny worms of some sort praying they are good things!!!
