Do I have enough flow?

My question is do I have enough flow for SPS? Tank- 5'x2.5'x1'. I have two Gyre XF230 set to OGC mode with max setting at 100%. Gyres are on opposite sides 6" below water line. They are slightly offset from one another. Just want to get the thoughts of others. Thanks for the help!

I personally would replace one of those 230's with a 250, just to get that extra flow from the extra 4000GPH. It will be well worth it later on!

So you feel the 2- 230s are currently inadequate? This tank is basically a frag grow out tank until I set up my in wall display.

I personally like the extra flow from the 250. I find it really helps create that "opean ocean" feel for the top of the sps
