When you say "enough blues" I'm guessing that means you have other light as well?
What is the other light? The answer will depend on this....but I suspect @Pete polyp will be right in the end.

I think you're going to want at least twice as many of those strips - I think 3 or 4 wouldn't be too many.
In the mean time the T8 actinic will definitely help. In the long term - more light!!
I'd suggest a lux meter so you can tell how much these lights are really putting out.
Start with a free lux meter app for your smartphone....get it NOW and post your results. But a $15 handheld lux meter is a smart buy, IME.

Hm....it's not impossible, but that does sound a little low from what I'd expect. If you're on iPhone, try "Galactica Luxmeter" (or just try another one if on Android) and compare.
Make sure you're using the front camera on your phone if the front camera is what's facing your light! Most apps seem to have a switch you can set...it's usually not the correct one by default.

Too many 5's in that second one? I'd believe 15K, but not 155K.
If that's right - 15,000 lux + 5,000 lux - then you should actually be fine for most corals. Maybe even without the T8...(which I'd still replace with LED's as soon as the bulb wears out).
I would also note for yourself the perimeter where the peak lighting roughly falls to below 5,000 lux or so....corals can start having problems being happy once in that territory. 10,000 lux or less is very borderline.
