IMHO, a big problem you have is starting with all dry rock. I would go with the other advice you have gotten about flow and crank it up to 100 on reef crest and run anti synch. I would also keep your levels exactly where they are if they are in fact tru me levels as they are well within exceptable ranges.

IME, that algae growing on the glass is due to an immature unstable system and that is pretty common with all dry rock start at the seven month mark. What I would do is start dosing some sort of bacteria like Microbacter, prodibio, or some other form of bacteria. I would skip the carbon dosing that usually goes along with the bacteria as that may pull your levels to low. The other option would be to add some live rock to speed up the stability of the system.

There are all kinds of threads on flatworms if you do in fact have them.
 
Dont be too quick to jump to AEFW as there are red planaria that can crawl on your corals that usually arent dangerous. Just get a positive ID first.
