Do I have pods

I’ve attempted to seed many tanks I’ve had and I’ve never been sure if it worked. Been torn between do I have pods or are they air bubbles. Recently I started up my 5th tank and pulled together a lot of spare stuff I had one of which was sand from another tank. I cleaned the sand by flushing it until the water was clear and then it sat in a bucket for at least a month. Now the tanks has been running for a few weeks and I’m now in week 2 of the Red Sea tank mature kit. I went in today to check on the tank as I always do and found this. Am I seeing pods?
