Do I have too much flow?

I have a standard 180g (6x2x2) with one Jebao PP-20 on the left side of my tank and two return lines on the other side. I have the powerhead on else mode but I think it might be too much flow. Some of my fish seem to be blown away some times and recently some of my corals have also been blown over even though they're glued down.

What do you guys think? Should I get two smaller power heads on opposite sides or just change the setting to one of the wave modes with lower speed?

Id suggest hurricane mode. Blast the tank for two hours. Off for two or three. Blast again. Repeat.

Try to set different speed settings and observe your Zoo's. They will tell you the correct flow base on your stock right now. If you are on the right flow Zoo's start to open as your actinic lights on.
