I had the wyoming for like 3 and a half weeks and the frostbite for 3 weeks

The frostbite was the dominant one but just today the wyoming started fighting back

You need to remove one or the other. That appears to be more than simple bickering between clowns, one clown is going directly in for the fight.

Did you pick the smallest of the group of fish? Were they alone in the store rank or with others?
The wyoming had a partner but he jumped out the tank. His partner was the dominant one. Then I put the frostbite in and he was bigger.

Which one is bigger? How big is the frosbite? If the frosbite is new and never paired up before, 1 of your clowns will become female and they should be OK. I think once a clown turn female, they cannot turn back to a male....1 way street :-). However, I can't tell from the video how big they are....Look small, like less than 2.5 inches, to me.

If they are small, you can stop the beating by having a clear jar, poke a lot of holes and use the mag float to keep the jar from going to the bottom of the tank, and put the small one in it. The bigger one will hang around the small one and after a few days, you can let the smaller one go in.....You can also take one, the mean one, to the sump for a few days to make it less aggressive....
