I recently just started a saltwater tank and bought 2 Clowns and 2 Chromis and couple of hermit crabs and turbo snails and everything was going swell until one of my Chromis passed away so I threw him away. Week later the 2nd one starts getting a large red patch on one side and died the next day. I’ve been digging and found out it could be uronema. My 2 clowns atm are completely active and no signs of uronema etc. It’s been 2 weeks since the 2nd Chromis passed away. Almost into week three and clowns have been the same no signs etc. Is there something else that could’ve killed the Chromis something similar or is it uronema?

Red patch sounds like it BUT could you post a pic or two under white lighting for confirmation ?
If it is, you will want to get Quick Cure. If none, then Ruby rally Pro.
best treatment choice is a 45 min formalin bath using Quick Cure then finished in a quarantine tank. Once in QT tank, treat and assure that the parasites have been eliminated. You can also soak food in metronidazole . . . Seachem Metroplex for 10-14 days.
