I added a fritz 900 a week ago. And my nitrite is like 2ppm now. Iv been adding ammonia every other day. Its fishless cycle. Or do i stop with the ammonia to let nitrite catch up?

But what happen to the bacteria they dont need food? From the ammonia?
No, they don't, at least not for any amount of time you need to worry about.

Nitrifiers are resilient and generally go for weeks to month starved of ammonia before even going dormant, let alone die off. So yeah, you can just wait for nitrite to drop to zero before re-dosing ammonia.
