Do I need a drilled tank for a successful reef?

I have a 30 cube that is undrilled and I don't want to drill it just like the title says can i have a successful reef without a sump basically

No you don't have to have a drilled tank. Having a sump gives you extra volume but your tank looks great don't change it.

I have a 3.3g CPR HOB Aquafuge, the Reef Octopus BH-1000 & an MP10

I've had no issues with my un drilled tank. Here's a pic. 10 months old. I have a aquac skimmer with the skimmer box and a diy hob fuge made out of an old mechanical filter and all my water parameters are great with biweekly water changes.

I have a 29 gallon tank with a hang on the back eshopps overflow and no problems in a year and a half. My frag tank I drilled with a gl*******s kit. I have been considering a new 29 gallon tank and drilling a glass holes overflow into it. The eshopps is noisy but the gl*******s kit is silent

NOpe. in no way does not having a reef ready tank hinder you from having a successful tank. I kept a non drilled 75 for YEARS that was a pretty darn successful tank. broke it down to move. Now, having a RR tank does make it easier, but not necessary.

Good question and of course not! My very first tank was a monster huge tank, well to me! It was 75g and was reef ready but I had no clue on how to set it up so I just ran it with the water level below the overflow! HA! Worked out great.
