Do i need to increase ph??

My tank water ph is 7.20 and i m planning to buy clownfish . What ph i need?? How will i acheive it. Any permanent method other than buffer

That's unusually low. Point a powerhead towards the surface to cause surface tension to promote gas exchange and see if that helps increase your ph. Also do you keep your windows closed alot? Sometimes something as simple as opening a window to get some of the trapped CO2 out of your home and fresh air in makes the world of difference.
 
Aggressive aeration with air from outside your dwelling will get it done.

Yes windows are close often
 
Are you sure you ph meter is accurately calibrated? I don't think I've ever seen a ph that low.

I even dont know my tank is cycled or not. Hope everything goes fine or else i will be in a huge trouble
