Do I need to treat?

My acan is not looking like good. It seems to get better, then next day looks worse. Do I need to do a dip? Not sure if live rocks are glued, so might be a problem. My small acan looks fine. Should I just leave it, as long as it will not effect anything?

Looks as if only one side is affected...any sweeper tentacles from that lps on the left??

Is it the green scoly that you say might be the problem? Never seen sweepers from it? Will check tonight. It is about 2-3 inches away.
