Do I want any of this?

Well I noticed a lot of "growth" on my candy cane so I pulled to dip again. This is the only coral i have that has these on it. My question do I want any of this or should I not keep in display tank?

It looks like it could have multiple hitchhikers. The 2 tubes look like vermetid snails, and the white dots possibly sporibid. ( think I spelled it wrong) worms. Not sure what the white stringy stuff is. That's all I can identify from my limited experience.

White almost see through things are harmless sponge filter feeders. They usually grow in the dark sumps

I would remove or crush all the vermetid snails, if you have a qt I would hold it for a while and make sure they are all gone.

If I were you I would grab some Bayers/Bioadvanced Insect Killer and dip them. 10 ml of Bioadvance dip for every cup for 15 minutes. Then rinse 2 to 3 times with separate containers of tank water (saltwater). Then take a picture of what's left in the dip and post it. You'll be amazed!!!
