Do Kessils go bad? I got a first Gen 360W

Been running this for ages since it was new, just curious do these things go bad and need a change? I got rbta's and mushrooms growing but just out of curiosity.

All lights go bad no matter what brand. Some are luckier than others that have ran them for longer than what the expected life are on them.
