My BM MiniQ skimmer has always released a lot of microbubbles into my tank. Due to it being an AIO, it's tough to capture them, not a lot of room for the usual solutions.

Are these microbubbles bothering the tank inhabitants? I usually allow it to run anyway when we don't have visitors because it keeps the pH stable and high.

Are they accumulating anywhere? If not they are fine. You might want to try a piece of fleece or floss to tamp them down if you have not tried that already.

I know a number of people here who bubble scrub their tank regularly. They set a powerhead near the waterline and fill the tank with micro bubble. let that ride for a while.

In light of that, I'd say probably not.
