Do Ricordea's, Discosoma's, Rhodactis ect. Get along??? Can they be mixed together on a large rock like Zoa's or do they have to be segregated? Just curious as I've had some Discosoma's take out a couple Ricodea's I've had for awhile once they started touching... :/

General rule of thumb would be to keep the same species group together if they are going to touch. I had a rhodactis kill a ricordia by stinging it, or at least that's what I believe to have happened. The side of the ricordia nearest to the rhodactis turned white and the ricordia steadily melted away. They were about a half inch away from each other.

That's basically what happened to me. One Ricordea jumped off the rock and was floating around. The other shriveled up and Is gone now... about and inch away from a discosoma.... fully open the Discosoma was touching it. Lesson learned. :/
