My Zoa are two weeks old still closed but they are opening a little bit at the bottom of the tank so now I have moved them to a high flow near the top of the tank
I have a photo put it’s a bit of bad quality

I don’t see any living zoas, just bubble algae. What are your parameters? What light do you use?

Not a good sign in my experience. Some are covered in algae. Trying dipping and brushing them lightly to remove the algae.

You can see the polyps but very small and they’re closed up. Kinda look like micro zoas. What kind of zoas did you buy?

Yeah, I see them now that I zoomed in. They're mad. Try lightly scrubbing with a soft bristled toothbrush and rinse with tank water.

thank you
my water parameters are
ph 8.0
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 16ppm but i think this is wrong as he test kit i have can give false positive readings
alkalinity 7 dkh
salinity 1.026 - 1.027
i use a refractometer to measure salinity
for lighting im currently using a
fluval marine & reef LED 2.0
