Just as the title says. I believe I have aefw. I do dip my corals but it seems perhaps some eggs got through. I have 2 reef tanks that are nearly identical. But the tank that doesn't have aefw, has a melanarus wrasse. While my other reef has no "pest predator" of any type. I know that a predator isnt a cure and this may be just a coincidence but I would like to have a pest control fish. I am planning on dipping/qt but I have too many corals and I dont have the resources to a full on treatment. I can only do groups at a time. This means some aefw will survive. This means I need a natural predator to assist me. I have heard springeri damsels eat flatworms. Does this include aefw? What are your experiences with them?

Thanks and happy Reefing

They do effectively control the common red planaria, as far as AEFWs go I don't know, can't see why they wouldn't.

Ive never heard of springeri damsels doing that...

They are my go to flatworm eater, but most damsels of the Chrysiptera genus have eaten flatworms in my experience, doesn't need to be a springeri.
