I have a 48 gallon bow front reef many years old. In the reef I have 2 BTA's / pair of oscellaris clowns who ignore the BTA / FAT starry blenny / high fin banded goby that hides 98% of the time / green spot mandarin. I put this group of fish in minus the mandarin together. Fast forward another few months and I added a yellow watchman goby and a pygmy flameack angelfish. The yellow watchman goby HIDES all the time as does the high fin goby? Is the starry blenny the culprit? I would think both gobies are dead... BUT I get rare sightings of them? The high fin goby might actually be dead at this point?

tons of live rock screens on top to stop jumpers!

Its a maybe on that one. Some blennies will fight but usually only if they look alike. Maybe the starry blenny thinks your other blennies look like him. Try removing him into qt for a few day and move around some rocks to make him the new fish in the tank. Thats what I'd recommend. Also try feeding a bit more. Sometimes their aggression can come out in the absence of enough food
