Do these pH testers work for reef water?

I´m not sure that you are out of the guessing game just because you use that type of pH meters. They will work in saltwater but please read this post from me in another thread before you decide yourself.

I cannot be sure how reliable such a cheap meter will be, but at least you can calibrate it and check against a standard (unlike a kit). :)

is there anyway to tell what my ph is likely to be through other readings like alkalinity?
For the price i might as well just go with a salifert test since i hear good things about theirs.
