For every one you see, there's probably another 2 or 3 you don't see. I like them, but some people don't. As mentioned, they're free CUC. I'd probably put a trap if you see one the size of an anaconda. And just watch where you stick your hands in the tank!

I don't like anything that hides that could hurt me!

I've heard that if you put some tasty food in nylons (stockings/panty hose), the bristle worms crawl in, and get stuck.

try not to drop the food to the substrate as they grow and multiply real fast. A yellow coris will make sure they are out of sight when the lights are on.

can they hurt a yellow coris, or any other fish that will hide under the sand from time to time?

I typically feed the Chili and keep the heads off for 3 minutes. then i let the heads back on for 15 minutes, and finally do a 10% water change. does that sound about right?

I have about 28 coral... mix of sps, lps, soft, and zoas with a splash of mushroom/rics. One lawnmower blenny, and a 29 gal CUC. 1 emerald crab, 15 snails, 15 baby hermits, 1 serpent star, and apparently bristleworms.

Like mentioned, good cuc as long as they don't get too big. Word of advise, "Wear Gloves". You never know where they are and they can produce some major blisters.
