do you acclimate your fish to the flow in your display?

i'm noticing that my recently added fish (royal gramma, pink skunk clown x2) only venture out from the rocks when the tank is completely still. no return or powerheads active. i've changed things so my powerheads are off and my return is running at 20% power, and still the fish choose to hide in the rocks.

do any of yall run acclimation procedures for new tank members to be more comfortable with the flow in your tank?

Idk how u would do that besides hang a acclimation box in front of flow.
