I'm moving some hammers, frogspawn, huge duncan and a nem from my 20 gallon to 45 gallon. My 20 has had -0- pests besides a ton of spaghetti worms.

If you were me would you bother dipping these or just try to observe maybe scrub the frag plug before putting them in the sand of the new tank?

I'm not going to dip my NEM haha, but it's on a small rock that i'm going to let it stay on after I shake it off.

Thanks for any advice!

Honestly I don’t bother if I’m moving water and things back and forth. But if I’m moving everything over permanently, it’s a good idea if there was just that one time you didn’t dip. But if no problems, I don’t see why you 100% have to

Ok. Yeah I've been very lucky with my tank and haven't had any real pests.

Was also wondering if any type fish eat spaghetti worms haha.

Are they that bad? I find they usually disappear as my tank ages. Or so it seems.

I have a ton on the sand. looks like a creepy haunted house haha. I had a six line and after he died there seemed to be more of them.
