Do you factor in glass thickness when calculating aquarium volume?

Hi. When using website to calculate my aquarium water volume, most website just require you to insert length, width, height.
However, one website requires inserting glass thickness.
There is a difference of 2 gallon with and without. I know 2g is not much but im dosing cupramine and aiming for 0.4. The difference between the dose is 10 drops and the test kit intervals are not small enough.

Not needed as long as you measure inside the tank. If you measure the outside dimensions, that's when you'd need to factor in the glass thickness.

Multiply inside dimensions and divide by 231.
