Do you guys get super nervous using flipper around silicone seams?

No. Silicone is actually pretty darn strong... Nothing to worry about.

I use a razor blade to scrape my glass. I leave 1-2mm between the blade and the glass.

I use the flipper but when I get to the silicone seam, I scrap horizontally towards it and barely touch it, just in case

I wouldn’t do it vertically as it would be very easy to slice into it, and then I would be in big trouble!
