I am trying to program mine for the 1st time and I get my program set for a and b (c not being used) I have A running for 50 seconds every 2 hours (even). and B running every two hours for 50 seconds (odd). I hit save enough to get back to the main screen, then select timer. The problem is, it only shows the setting I have for 16:00 Hours for A and 23:00 hours for B. Then I go back in to adjust the settings and everything is zeroed out up till a9 and B9... any one know what I am doing wrong? I've read through the instructions probably enough to start speaking in broken English with a Chinese Accent. :xd: Help Please?! Thank you!!

There are two version of Magic Marine Doser. Can you post a picture? Reason I ask because I got 2 and they are different setup time.

Thank you For walking me through it.... the problem was not saving after every page

Ok, that's the new version. You have to setup the time like this:

A1 06 - 00 - 00 S1 (S is speed 1-4)
06 - 00 - 15

It will run 15 second at 6 AM

A2 12 - 00 - 00 S3
12 - 00 - 30

It will run 30 second at 12PM

so on...

Hit save when you set up each screen display till you get to the main display then highlight the Automatic (not manual).
That is it.

Oh, I thought you were someone else Maidia, Someone PMed me to call and walked me through set up his name was Huu. I'm looking at what you got there and it looks like your timer (dose time) would run for 6 hours and 15 seconds and 12 hours and 30 seconds (respectively) The numbers on the dosing time should have just the seconds right? Just traing to clarify in case someone else looks it up.

wow, this is the first I have heard of this doser.. good price too.. do you like it? is it reliable? I have kind of been thinking about a dosing pump, but don't want to pay 300 for a bm..

the first set of timer is when the pump turn on.The second timer with the clock picture underneath it is how long the pump will run for.If you have the second timer set at 06-00-15 the the pump will run for 6 hours and 15 second

GHill762, I havn't had it long enough, but if you search it online there ar threads in other forums back to 2010. There are some problems that are inherent of any doser, mainly, if you need replacement parts it takes 2-3 weeks to get them, so if you want to be ready, it would be good to buy replacement pumps and motors to keep on hand. But everyone seems to think its a good trade off for the price. Mine came in 2.5 weeks. I just haven't had time to set it up until now... or yeah... 1st dose setting was successful

A1 is Pump A and 1 is the first

Start at 06 (6Am) - 00 (zero minutes) - 00 (zero Second) -- Start at 6AM
Stop at 06 (6Am) - 00 (zero minutes) - 15 (15 second) ---- Stop at 6:00:15 AM

So only 15 second. I set mine like that. It's been running almost 2 years with no problem.

okay, you have an older version. the version I have has a start time and then how many seconds, minutes, hours... obviously keep to the seconds
