Do you have Vermetid snails in your tank?

I have them in my tank, been trying to smash them, but doesn't really seem to help. So after doing a ton of research about getting rid of them, it seems pretty common in many tanks. More than anything I was curious if they are in most people's tanks, and just something we deal with?

I have the ones that are like a 1/32" wide - they don't seem to bother anything.

The ones with the 1/8" tubes seem to bother everything.


They seem to be different species.
