I just got this trumpet coral a few days ago, and I didnt see this on the coral while dipping it until now, they were more opened up before I picked the coral up , kinda looked like pulsing xenia when open, but no movement

If I were you, I would quarantine that Coral until you can remove the purple clove polyps. They can spread via spores and choke out corals.

How will I know when to remove them & how would I remove them when the time comes ?
