do you like exposed rockscape (volcano) ?

do you like the exposed rockscape (volcano) look that people are doing with their shallow reefs a lot lately? ive seen a few really awesome looking ones. do you think its a fad right now? would you attempt it in your shallow reef? just starting a discussion of what you'll think of this. i didnt post any pics but im sure you know what im talking about and can add pics of your own or other popular tanks with the volcano look.

If done properly, I think it looks amazing. If done wrong it looks really cheesy, IMO. There is someone on here with an amazing shallow reef that comes up out of the water at one end with mangroves. I can't remember the name right now but it will come to me.

yeah i like nates tank the 25 lagoon. really good job on that one and placing the plants on it makes it look really cool!

i think this is the one we've all seen. love how they put a pump to make a waterfall.

I have a local person with rock coming out and it looks really nice. It is all about what you personally like and want. That one above is nice too.
