Do you rinse your nets and filters in rodi?

I’ve always cleaned nets and filters with tap water then rinsed them in rodi to make sure no chlorine has got into my tank is this overboard or do you do the same?

Tap water has never touched my tank. Rinse everything in rodi bucket>

Not overboard at all. I don't rinse my nets or socks in RO before use, but that's just me. If you're more comfortable with the method you use, then it is the absolute best method.

Nope. Only start rinsing filter socks in rodi or tank water now. Nets doesn’t soak up as much tap water as filter socks.
