I have my return pump set to turn off for 20 minutes (but leave the wavemakers on), so when I'm in a hurry I can just add to the tank and let it circulate.

I mix it in with the water I use to defrost my frozen food then pour it all into whatever pumps stream is dominant at the time

Nope.......only use Reef Roids when I need to boost phosphates. Beyond that, fish poop for me.

None of my Acros seemed to respond to ReefRoids. However, when I turn off the main return, leave the gyres on and feed Larry's Reef Frenzy, most everyone is happy. Soon, I'll try adding Reef Chili to the water column during feeding and check the response.
