Do you target feed your Zoa's n Paly's?

My son loves target feeding. Thats why he likes lps so much! When i tell him to feed he spot feeds everything lol.

i use a blend of Rods coral food and coral frenzy.... everyone loves it

I don't specifically target feed each polyp but once every other week I give my zoas a "shower" which consists of a few ingredients that I mix together.

Dont target feed but i broadcast reef roids every night seeing tons of polyp growth, some of my colonies have doubled, will be picking other coral food to alternate

Last week we had a meeting on my local fmas on how to make food by Roger Castells of roger reef food and it was really good. He puts aloe on some of his blends. Also cyclopeeze. He said to dip cyclopeeze on selcon and wild caught shrimp
