Do you think a BTA is worth more when bubbly?

We have yet to find out what makes a BTA bubbly but the question is;

Would you pay more if the desired specimen is bubbly? Why?

Just for the sake of argument, we are comparing two almost identical specimens; color, health, size etc... one is just bubbly and priced above the other.

The BTA is going to do what it wants. Just because you buy a bubbly one doesn't mean it will be bubbly in your tank. I bought a bubbly one and since it's been in my tank I think it has done anything but bubble, but it's growing and my clowns are happy so no complaints.

I agree, no guarantees - same goes with corals, I guess, seeing as some will change under a change of light/parameters.

No, because I bought one that was all nice a bubbly. Hasn't been bubbly since I bought it :/

I bought a small one that wasn’t very bubbly but in my tank it has been more bubbly and very open. It looks very happy

I recently bought a Black Widow BTA and it definitely wasn’t bubbly; but it’s been starting to bubble up nicely over the past two weeks. Not sure why but I enjoy it either way...now only if my clowns would enjoy (or even notice it) as much as I do...

you didn't say if you are buying or selling.

if you are a buyer, don't pay more just because it bubbles. it may not bubble in your tank, then you think you got ripped off.
if you are seller, you run the risk of angry buyer if it does not bubble in buyer's tank if you sold it at a premium due to bubbles.
