cannot tell, the only wavy thing in your tank is the duncan which is only in the last 4 seconds of the video. Maybe put an airstone or food or something in their so the water movement is more apparent.

I think the left side has good flow the right side im not sure about. But an air stone will give you a good idea

The powerhead is on the right side so flow there is much stronger. Tomorrow when lights are on again I will add a video of the right side. Thanks for the feedback for now!
