My frog spawn has 3 heads that are glued flat on the plug, id would prefer if i could just have them straight up. Is there any risk for me to remove them like this. I have bone cutters.

My favorite tool for fragging. as i don't have a band-saw.

Why not just nip the frag plug below the coral?

Gently going left to right with a needlenose pliers should work as will a scraper with a blade (just watch your fingers)

Like to pop off the glue off the plug?

yes and remove the plug. then epoxy on 3 new plugs and stand frags up straight in it. pull it out of epoxy and let dry. Use some superglue and glue frags back into epoxy mount and then place in tank. (have a bowl of tank water to put the frags in so they don't get to much air while waiting for epxoxy to dry..)
