hmmm.. this is a tough one. will need some background about the nem and tank. how old is the tank, lights, parameters, etc...

My tank is been set up for 2 month now. 9weeks maybe. 100gallon and LED light 100W, 1025-1026 Salinity.
I have 14 of clown, tang, damsel, banggai cardinal fishes. 2 Arrow crabs, 2 fire shrimp, 5 peppermint shrimp, 4 sally crab, 4 snail, 2 hermit crab and some corals.
Water temperature is 76 now but usually 78-80.
I don't have exact tester for the ammonite, ph, nitrogen...etc but for FW kit. So I used use it for my SW tank too.
PH level is around 8.0-8.2. And I don't know exact other ones.

You really need to be able to test with a SW kit. Also you're tank may be a bit young for the stability an anemone needs. That being said it doesn't look like it is dying to me at all. Anemones do things like that all the time.

pretty early for a nem IMHO. what's been recommended is wait about 6 months before trying out a nem. not familiar with those LED's so I'm not sure if that's enough to accommodate a nem. if the light isn't enough, the nem will keep moving and won't be happy. from the above, do you mean you have 14 clowns or 14 fishes total? if you don't have any test kits, go to a LFS you frequent and have them test your water for you. good luck with the nem.

You have an M. doreensis, which can/will ball up like that (( can even completely retract into the sandbed )) when bothered. At first glace I would think about the arrow crabs -- don't trust them.

Secondly, you need to get an ammonia test kit (( and nitrates/nitrites )) --- your tank is very young, and I have a feeling with all that livestock you are still going through a cycle. Worry that you are still getting an ammonia reading, which is very bad for any anemone.

There is a lot more than just getting the water cycled, the 6 month waiting period wasn't just made up.

I am setting up my first large tank. Going from a 29 Biocube to a 90 gallon. I know its a big jump but you answered my question about how long i should wait to get an anemone... I pick the tank up today so it will been months before I can do anything but look at the live rock... Thank god I will still have my have my 29 to look at.
