Do zoas poop or something like that?

I was looking my tank when i noticed that a frag of zoas had something on their mouth, first i did think it was a flat worm or something like that but later i saw that every head was doing the same.
Is it normal?

I think another possibility might be that its regulating its zooxanthellae levels...
