Doctoring a Favia coral

several months ago dysphasia fell into a another coral and was stung. Since then I have had no growth and now hair algae is growing in the places the tissue used to be. Is there anyway to save this coral? I figured since it hasn’t died in two months that’s a good sign.

Dip in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 1-2 minutes. Will begin heal from sting and stop algae growth
