Does All-For-Reef (liquid) have a shelf life?

I bought a bottle of All-For-Reef a while back but when I started dosing it caused my alkalinity to become elevated. Recently I've noticed that my alkalinity is now dropping between water changes so I was thinking I might try dosing again. Is there anything in AFR that can go bad or lose potency after the bottle has been opened? It's been about 8 months since I opened it.
