He was do great for the last 1 and half weeks but then he quit eating and just laying around and shaking, and I know it's not ich and no other fish is affected. I don't think he's going to make it but I really wanna know what it is

Sorry to see - the fish looks REALLY thin. With it laying on its side like that, it is probably on its way out. Now you need to be concerned about "damage control" - could it have something that could be contagious to the other fish? Is it breathing fast?
