I have live dams in my tank and just found this. Please help. I don't know what it is but it seems to be a Web or something it clear in color.

I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking at in the picture, but when I hear "web," the first thing that comes to mind is vermetid snails. I'd suggest you google that and see if that's what you have.
